Check browser settings in Internet Explorer as follows:

If privacy medium doesn't work (e.g. from Company Web Site) try privacy low.
Enable Cookies:

Custom level
Scroll down to cookies section under allow per-session cookies
Click enable
If using IE 6+
Privacy Tab
Advanced
Check off "override automatic cookie handling"
"Accept" for first-party and third-party cookies
Always accept session cookies should be checked
OK to save
OK to exit
Uncheck Automatically detect settings:
Tools
Internet Options
General Tab
Delete cookies
Delete files.
Once your Internet config is clean, select the Settings Tab and select Automatically under Check for newer versions of stored pages.
If you are using the same provider at home and at the office you may also have the same gateway. Apparently you can't access another computer's IP with the same gateway. If this is creating a problem then a proxy solution at the ISP can be assigned and everything should work. Contact your ISP as Leading Edge can't help out with this.
If you have changed any setting, close Help by clicking "Close" below and make sure to refesh the screen by clicking "F5" button.
